Inspection Comments . This is a follow up inspection to check the cleaning and sanitizing in food prep area. Fire occurred in basement and some smoke was in food prep area. Facility has clean and sanitized by a licensed in after fire restoration. No signs of debris or smoke. Lake county Health Department grants an approval to reopen pending approval from fire department and city of Highland Park.
